PROJET DESCRIPTION

In line with the celebration of this year’s International Women’s Day, CANEM Consulting -- in collaboration with Wilson Learning, organized a two-day training on workplace productivity for women from all walks of life. Given the theme of this year’s celebration, Be Bold For Change, we have tailored a training which will take place from March 2nd to 3rd, to impact the women with results-oriented versatility skills that will help them improve their ability to work effectively with others and create in them the innovative spirit, hence bringing about change. The training was carried out under the following topics:

  • - Day 1: Building Relationship Versatility:Social Styles at Work
  • - Day 2: Leading from Within

OBJECTIVES

At the end of this training, the women learnt to:

- Be able to leverage social style differences in order to promote effective collaboration and create productive relationships at the workplace.

- Acquire better communication skills based on understanding their personal social styles and that of others.

- Be equipped with conflict management skills making them more focused and more productive at work.

- Have their ability to be innovative enhanced in a work-friendly environment.

- Develop firmly rooted leadership values, integrity and commitment.

- Understand what it means to lead and establish their leadership foundation.

 

               TARGET AUDIENCE

Managers and heads of public and private companies

Female Administrative staff or professionals in decision-making positions.
